Website traffic

We use website traffic information to understand interest in our services and improve our website. Our own analytics record page counts, referring sources, approximate locations, and network categories. We use ipapi.is to estimate location from an IP address. These estimates do not establish a visitor’s identity or exact location. Our analytics database retains aggregate records for up to 90 days and does not store raw IP addresses.

Company identification

When enabled, we use Leadfeeder to identify businesses visiting our website. Leadfeeder processes technical visit information, including IP addresses, pages viewed, referring pages, and visit times, and matches it with business information. We use this information to understand business interest in Bayshore’s services and support our marketing. We enable this feature only with Leadfeeder analytics cookies disabled. Company matches do not confirm which individual visited.

Leadfeeder processes this data on our behalf under its data processing agreement. For information about its handling of data, see Leadfeeder’s data processing information. Its retention settings are separate from our own 90-day aggregate records.

Contact information

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and discuss our services. Website inquiries are handled by our hosting, security, and email service providers. Copies held in our website inquiry database are retained for up to 90 days; correspondence retained in email may remain longer for ongoing business needs. Leadfeeder is not loaded on our contact page.

Your choices

Our optional location analytics and Leadfeeder loader honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Basic operational counts and security processing may continue. You can also use browser tools to block optional tracking. To ask about your information or request access or deletion, contact inquiries@bayshoreconsultants.com.
